WHEN: JUNE 24- JULY 2

The traditional Maribor Street Festival Lent is not only for music lovers but also for theater, dance, and folklore lovers.

This year on Lent we will see local and foreign musicians: Magnifico, Laibach, Vlado Kreslin, Vlatko Stefanovski, Bajaga i instruktori, Rock Opera and others.

WHEN: AUGUST 15-20

It is one of the “top 10” European reggae festivals. The Overjam festival presents you with an incredibly relaxed atmosphere.

The festival takes place in Sotočje, which lies between two mountain rivers called Soča and Tolminka.

Fans of reggae-dancehall-dub music come from all over Europe and from other parts of the world.

WHEN: AUGUST 4-7

A fairytale land in the heart of nature, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It offers the possibility of camping and unique entertainment. Concerts, a rich daily program, swimming in the river Kolpa and lots of sun.

The festival will take place in the municipality of Kostel in the village of Fara. The current most successful Slovenian musicians will perform.

WHEN: APRIL 19-24

The Ljubljana festival is a classical music festival. It has been called the celebration of Slovenian music. For 36 years, it has been combining Slovenian contemporary musical creativity and re-creation and building on the foundations of the musical heritage of our region. The Musicological Symposium broadens horizons with presentations by internationally renowned musicologists from the best European universities. It takes place in different parts of Ljubljana.

The following events will take place: Concert of the Slovenian Composers’ Association, Night of Slovenian Composers, Slovenian Philharmonic Choir, Nika Gorič’s soprano ensemble Dissonance and others.
