It’s all about positivity!

The most common question I have heard throughout my existence is how I always manage to keep a smile on my face. That’s basically what everyone, who knows me, wants to discover. But I can’t really give a satisfying answer to that question.

For a lot of people it seems as if I am living somewhere in a cloud of joy, but the truth is, I just prefer to see everything in the most positive way I can. I don’t understand why we should go through life being sad about something stupid we’ve done, if we could just be happy instead. We have done it and might as well learn something out of it. Don’t understand me wrong, we should also feel pain and sadness, because they help us find our strength. We should keep in mind that in a short period of time the thing that caused us pain won’t matter anymore, and replacing the sadness with positive thoughts will do more good to our minds and souls.

So you see, the secret is in positivity. I have always believed that our smiling originates from the positivity we feel inside. For that matter, the next time don’t ask me why I always smile, you should ask me how I manage to be so positive, because that is the real goal you should focus on.

Do you want to know the best part? Positive thoughts aren’t that hard to achieve. Every time you have doubts in yourself or you simply feel like you’re on the verge of sadness, focus on all the things that have put you in that position and just replace them with all the positive outcomes of the situation you can think of or just give yourself a positive compliment you truly believe in.

 

These small things have a positive impact on our thoughts. Sometimes we choose to ignore all the good things around us, just because of one small negative thing in our lives. So next time you are going to think about that one negative aspect, just focus on all the other good things you already have and surround you. Once you start erasing small negative things from your life you’re going to notice that your life is capable of being wrapped up in happiness. Because guess what? Happiness doesn’t come by itself, it’s on us to achieve it and bring it in our lives.

We are the masters of our minds and if we want to we can achieve positive vibrations.

There is one more thing you should do after reading this. You should go in front of a mirror and just smile at yourself. You will be surprised how big of an impact that will have on you. You will also understand why other people’s smiles have such an impact on our well- being. There is a certain truth in how smiling and positivity can be contagious.
There is no secret recipe to always smiling, as you may have discovered, but there is a recipe for positivity, which should be a way bigger aim than just a smile. Sometimes even the most beautiful smiles are fake.
