It’s all about positivity!

The most common question I have heard throughout my existence is how I always manage to keep a smile on my face. That’s basically what everyone, who knows me, wants to discover. But I can’t really give a satisfying answer to that question.
For a lot of people it seems as if I am living somewhere in a cloud of joy, but the truth is, I just prefer to see everything in the most positive way I can. I don’t understand why we should go through life being sad about something stupid we’ve done, if we could just be happy instead. We have done it and might as well learn something out of it. Don’t understand me wrong, we should also feel pain and sadness, because they help us find our strength. We should keep in mind that in a short period of time the thing that caused us pain won’t matter anymore, and replacing the sadness with positive thoughts will do more good to our minds and souls.
Do you want to know the best part? Positive thoughts aren’t that hard to achieve. Every time you have doubts in yourself or you simply feel like you’re on the verge of sadness, focus on all the things that have put you in that position and just replace them with all the positive outcomes of the situation you can think of or just give yourself a positive compliment you truly believe in.
We are the masters of our minds and if we want to we can achieve positive vibrations.
